As we all know no the Amazon and Flipkart were temporally stopped due to covid-19 pandemic in India and also all over the world. But now after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government reduced some of the restrictions last week, now the delivery services of Flipkart and Amazon which was stopped since March have now opened their services.
The restrictions have been reduced in only green and orange zones. Hence the companies have officially announced that their delivery services would be provided mostly in the the orange and green zones and no services would be provided in red zones.
Not only Amazon and Flipkart but also many other online services like Snapdeal, Paytm Mall etc have also started their sales and services.
After the lockdown only essential commodities like grocery items and health products were allowed to purchase in the online shopping, but now all the items including essential and nonessential commodities are available in the online shopping.
Additional, companies like Uber and Ola which were providing transportation facilities for their customers through cab have also show started their services in orange and green zones.
But due to the serious outbreak of covid-19 virus in the red zone, no services would be provided by any of these companies in such areas.
The Uber and Ola companies have also mentioned that they would not take their
customers from orange or green zone to red zone. And also the online shopping companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc have also notified that some commodities will not be provided to their customers whose sellers are in the red zone.
