To activate picture-in-picture mode for the Disney hotstar app for Android
There is no option to activate picture-in-picture mode in hotstar app. But there is an alternative method to watch Disney hotstar videos in PIP mode.
1. “Install Floating Apps” Android app from playstore. (Grant Access to Display pop-up window)
2. Open hotstar app and click on the content you like to watch and click share icon and copy URL of that content.
3. Click the floating app icon which is floating in your phone screen select browser.
4. Paste your URL in the url bar. There is a option called paste and go you can use this option.
5. The content link your pasted that will play in that floating app.
6. Click full screen icon.
Now you can watch your Disney Hotstar Contents in PiP mode without purchasing any plans.
